Marie is one of our 2020 favorites! We met up for an Instagram live to learn a few period-related signs.

Marie Cao is the creator of the Instagram account "Little Bun Bao". She is a professional LSF (Langue des Signes Française) interpreter and author of the book "Le Grand guide des signes avec bébé", which gives parents all the tools they need to gradually learn signs. Depending on the child's age and development, parents will be able to communicate with baby from the very first months. This enables children to express their needs, thus avoiding a lot of crying.

Many of you still suffer from taboos linked to menstruation within your family and friends. Many people still don't dare express the fact that they have their period, that they need sanitary protection and find themselves in menstrual precariousness without protection. Many also tell us that they can't express the pain they feel during their periods.
