Our lingerie is designed to be worn for up to 12 hours. Zero risk doesn't exist, but we can guarantee that you won't leak through the central, absorbent part of your panties. However, if the panties' maximum absorption capacity has been reached, leaks may occur through the sides and seams - unfortunately, this is the critical point found in all menstrual panties!

We offer a range of different models, depending on the amount of flow you experience. All you have to do is find the model best suited to your flow and activity to limit the risk of leakage.

If, however, your flow is very heavy or you're worried about leaks, you can also use conventional sanitary pads as a complement, but this is by no means compulsory.
