One or more products in your order are not suitable for you?

Our manufacturing process being a little particular, we are not able to propose an exchange. However, you can order again on our website to choose the model of your choice! We advise you to take your measurements and to consult each size guide or to ask us for advice if you have any doubt. We will be happy to answer you.

The product(s) must be unworn, unwashed and still labeled, within 15 days after the date of receipt of your order. We will proceed with the refund as soon as our teams have received the product in its original condition. Any article already worn, which would not have its label or returned in bad condition could not be refunded.

Any stained, worn, dirty, etc... panties will be automatically refused, and thus not refunded. They can be sent back to you (against payment of the shipping costs) within 30 days after the refusal by email. After this period, the refused panties will be sent to our premises in order to be used for efficiency tests and cannot be sent back to you.

Our return policy is strict, but if you are returning a "hygiene" product, we must be uncompromising. Our team scrupulously examines all returns so that they can be put back in stock without any worries. If you don't do it for others, do it for yourself: don't send a product in a condition you wouldn't like to receive it

Make sure you do not leave any trace of your fitting (cat hair, moisturizing creams, white discharge...): these returns will be refused for obvious hygiene reasons.
