The product(s) must be unworn, unwashed and labelled within 15 days of receipt of your order. Refunds can be made in the form of a credit note for an exchange or via a refund to your original method of payment. We will proceed with the refund as soon as our teams have received the product in its original condition. Any item already worn, missing its label or returned in poor condition will not be reimbursed.

Any panty that has been stained, worn, soiled, etc. will automatically be refused, and therefore not refunded. They may be returned to you (subject to payment of postage costs) within 30 days of the email refusal. After this period, refused panties will be sent to our premises for efficacy testing and cannot be returned.

Our return policy is strict, but if you're returning a "hygiene" product, we have to be uncompromising. Our team scrupulously examines all returns so that they can be put back into stock without any worries. If you don't do it for others, do it for yourself: don't send a product in a condition in which you wouldn't like to receive it.

Make sure you don't leave any trace of your fitting (cat hair, moisturizing creams, white discharge, etc.): these returns will be refused for obvious hygiene reasons.
